UY - In order to provide some knowledge and skills for new students of Course 44 and introduce them to the history and traditions of Quy Nhon University (QNU), the Youth Union, Student Association, Clubs - Teams - Student Groups of QNU, on November 7, 2021, the Standing Committee of th Youth Union and the Secretariat of the Student Association of QNU organized the online and in person gathering "Welcoming new university entrants of Course 44". The organizing of the gathering, both online and in person, invited participation of over 4,500 new university entrants of Course 44, ensuring efficiency and safety in the prevention of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Attending the gathering, on the side of the University, were Dr. Dinh Anh Tuan - Member of the Standing Committee of the QNU Party Committee, Vice Rector, MSc. Cao Ky Nam – Secretary of QNU’s Youth Union; Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - President of QNU’s Student Association. On the guests side were Dr. Huynh Anh Binh, an expert in Psychology, Director of Ho Chi Minh City Career Center, representatives of the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT Binh Dinh) and representatives of the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV Binh Dinh Branch) along with more than 4,500 new university entrants of Course 44.

Speaking at the gathering, Dr. Dinh Anh Tuan expressed his joy of welcoming the new university entrants of Course 44, and at the same time showed the close attention of the University's leaders and shared many valuable experiences with them. MSc. Cao Ky Nam - Secretary of the Youth Union and Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - President of the University's Student Association also shared a lot of knowledge and experience in participating in Union - Association activities, especially activities of clubs and the movement "5-good Students". In addition, leaders of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT Binh Dinh) and leaders of the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV Binh Dinh Branch) offered to the new university entrants scholarships with a total value of 45 million VND (US$1,800).

At the end of the gathering, Dr. Huynh Anh Binh, an expert in psychology, "inspired" and shared with the new university entrants many valuable skills and knowledge, as a preparation for their 4-year university education.
