ICT - On April 17, Quy Nhon University (QNU) and Bluebird Goudou Kaisha Company (Japan) signed a memorandum of cooperation on a Japan paid internship program for QNU students.
This internship program will help students gain knowledge, skills, and experience a multicultural environment in Japanese businesses. The Japanese government grants internship visas for second- and third-year students of Japanese studies, tourism and hospitality industry, automotive engineering, etc. The internship lasts for 6 months or 12 months and interns are eligible to get paid and benefits. When completing the internship, any intern who meets the professional and Japanese language requirements will be likely to be employed by Japanese businesses after they graduate.

At the meeting, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Do Ngoc My - QNU Rector, said that in recent years, businesses from Japan had been considered one of the strategic partners of Binh Dinh province, adding that to make good use of this cooperative relationship, QNU had connected and fostered mutual cooperation with many Japanese businesses in training, research and job opportunities for its students.
Assoc.Prof.Dr. Do Ngoc My believed that the cooperation with Bluebird Goudou Kaisha Company would provide opportunities for QNU students to do practice, develop language skills, and familiarize themselves with a professional working environment, saying that it was for this reason that QNU really placed importance on this cooperation potential.

Mr Suzuki Junichi expressed his joy of being given the opportunity to accompany QNU in implementing the internship program for QNU students. "Entering a professional internship program in Japan is a preparation step for "opening" the job market outside Vietnam when new graduates can return to Japan to work and take tests for work permits to work permanently in Japan” said Mr Suzuki Junichi.

The memorandum of cooperation will provide a solid foundation for the two sides to further tighten their long-term strategic cooperation, create conditions for many QNU students to participate in the Japan paid internship program in the near future.
