Physical Education
Physical Education is a type of education whose special content is the teaching of movement and the development of intentional motive qualities of humans. Synthesizing that process determines the adaptability of the human body. Physical Education is divided into two distinct areas, namely teaching the movement and the education of the movement fators.

1. Training objectives
• Training bachelors in Physical Education (PE) with professional qualifications and professional ethics to teach, conduct scientific research and organize physical training and sport activities at schools, centers or organizations.
• Training bachelors in PE proficient in foreign languages and computer skills
• Providing bachelors in PE with soft skills, practical skills in organizing and managing physical training and sport activities and skills in implementing and carrying out scientific research in the field of physical training and sports.
• - Enabling bachelors in PE to go on to graduate school
2. Program strengths
The students are:
• trained with a program structured in accordance with the curriculum framework of the Ministry of Education and Training and regularly updated according to the development of the field and society.
• Taught by the Department’s well-qualified and experienced lectures.
• Able to study in a dynamic learning environment with good facilities.
• Trained with a flexible curriculum structure that facilitates their choice to suit their abilities, interests, meeting the needs of the labour market.
• Trained with a training program built close to the vision and goals of Quy Nhon University, providing sufficient background, professional skills and soft skills.
• Trained with a curriculum structure clearly demonstrating the core subjects, complementary subjects, specialized subjects and graduation research papers.
• Able to improve practical skills through field trips and do practice teaching at prestigious educational institutions.
3. Program contents
The training program lasts 4 years with a total of 140 credits, excluding the Physical Education and national Defense Education. It consists of:
• General Knowledge: 22 credits
• Professional knowledge: 85 credits
• Knowledge and training teaching capacity: 33 credits
Skills accumulated:
• Management skills
• Communication skills
• Educational planning skills
• Teamwork skills
• Skills in organizing physical activities.

• Able to communicate well, both theoretically and practically.
• Able to use techniques, skills and tools needed in real life.
• Able to apply basic and advanced knowledge to solve practical problems in the field of Physical Education.
