ICT- After 4 years of studying, the students at Quy Nhon University (QNU) are honored to put on the bachelor's uniform with many indescribable feelings. This is considered an unforgettable moment, marking the journey of studying, researching and training of students. On July 20, QNU held a graduation ceremony for 1,266 full-time students from 12 faculties who graduated in the first phase of 2023. Of these new graduates, 14 were rated excellent and 159 good.
Attending the ceremony were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Do Ngoc My - Rector, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Ngoan - Chairman of the University Council; Dr. Hoang Quy Chau - Chairwoman of the Trade Union, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Dinh Hien - Vice Rector, the leaders of the units, lecturers, parents and new graduates.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Do Ngoc My speaks at the ceremony
On behalf of the Board of Directors, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Do Ngoc My – Rector of QNU, offered his congratulations to the new graduates on their effort to study, research and complete the full-time university programs, thanks to which they obtained QNU-granted prestigious degrees. He said that during more than 45 years of construction and development, QNU had affirmed its brand and status in society as a reliable higher education institution chosen by a large number of parents and students across Vietnam. He also expressed the hope that the new graduates would always maintain high confidence, bravery and enthusiasm of youth to take advantage of every opportunity, always aim for good things and master their lives and careers, and that the new graduates would act as a bridge between the University and the enterprise community to help create job opportunities for future generations of QNU students.
As a multidisciplinary, application-oriented higher education institution, QNU always places importance on the cooperation with enterprises to find job opportunities for its graduates. QNU considers it as one of the decisive factors to improve its quality of training in line with the needs of society and in accordance with its educational philosophy: Comprehensiveness - Enlightenment - Career Practicality.
